BEFORE THE NIGHT STARTS

Who unlocks?
What stays clear?
When must it be dry?

These belong in the job instructions, alongside alarms, disposal rules, sensitive equipment, and the manager’s contact.

Is kitchen equipment cleaning included?
Only tasks listed in the approved scope are included. Equipment disassembly, ventilation systems and heavy grease removal are outside our cleaning service.
Can the team work overnight?
An appropriate work window must be agreed for your site. Staffing, access, drying time, and reopening requirements must be confirmed before scheduling.
Will this replace food-service sanitation procedures?
No. The restaurant’s food handling, equipment sanitation, and staff procedures remain separate from the agreed cleaning scope.
