• Inside cabinets and drawers — emptied; included in move cleaning
• Interior window glass — accessible panels; tracks/screens quoted separately
• Detailed blind cleaning — material and condition assessed
• Laundry — loads and wash/dry instructions confirmed
• Fresh linen change — clean linens left out; laundering is separate

Add-ons are subject to service-area availability and the property assessment. Selecting an extra requests a quote; additional work and pricing require your approval.

BEFORE WE ARRIVE

A few details make the visit easier.

• Clear loose clothing, dishes and personal items from surfaces to be cleaned
• Arrange entry and tell us about alarms, parking, building access or elevator requirements
• Secure pets and remove pet waste
• Identify delicate surfaces and any product sensitivities before the visit
• Leave fresh linens out if you requested a linen change
• For a move clean, remove belongings and ensure water and electricity are available

There is no need to clean before the visit. Clearing access helps the team spend its time cleaning. Supplies, equipment, arrival arrangements and any special product requests should be confirmed with your service details.

CLEAR EXPECTATIONS

Cleaning, with a clear scope.

Work covers accessible areas using methods appropriate for the surface. We do not move heavy furniture or appliances, dismantle fixtures, or work at unsafe heights.

• Hazardous waste, bodily fluids, pest infestations and mold remediation are outside residential cleaning
• Carpet extraction, exterior windows, restoration and construction debris are not part of these packages
• Permanent stains, etching, damaged grout and normal wear may remain after cleaning
• Full wall washing, organizing and excessive debris removal require separate assessment

If something in the agreed scope was missed, contact us with the visit details so the team can review it and explain the next step. Any correction, cancellation or rescheduling terms must be provided with the service agreement.
