Deep cleaning
Routine clutter and access affect the scope. Appliance interiors, carpet extraction, and restoration are separate tasks.
Move-in / move-out cleaning
Confirm utility access, moving completion, waste removal, and whether cupboards and appliances are empty.
Carpet & upholstery care
Ask us to assess the material, condition and appropriate equipment before quoting. Permanent stains and restoration outcomes are not guaranteed.
Hard-floor care
Material compatibility, trained operators, equipment, and slip-control arrangements must be verified. Strip-and-wax is a separately assessed service.
Interior glass cleaning
Exterior access, unsafe ladder work, restoration, and specialist coatings require separate assessment.
Post-renovation cleaning
Confirm construction is complete, hazards are removed, and waste responsibilities are agreed. Hazardous dust remediation is outside routine scope.
